Our Vets and Nurses at our practice are committed to providing excellent veterinary care to your pets and excellent service to our clients.
We hope that you will never have cause to complain about our staff or the standard of care that we provide your pets.
However, should you have any concerns at all, please in the first instance, take up your concerns with the member of staff involved. We hope that their direct knowledge of the case will allow a prompt resolution. We find that often the vast majority of complaints arise due to a simple miscommunication or a breakdown in communication between the Vet and the Client and these concerns are usually very easily resolved following direct contact.
In the unfortunate incidence where you are still not satisfied, we ask that you please complain in writing, addressed to the Practice Manager. The Manager will then investigate the complaint and reply to you within a reasonable period.
We would normally expect the above procedures to resolve the problem, as any complaint is taken seriously and fully investigated as per our Practice Complaints Procedure.
We understand that clients can become upset and frustrated and we will endeavour to do all we can to address your concerns when raised with us, however we will not tolerate aggressive, abusive behaviour to any staff member at any time. Our staff have the right to work in a safe environment free of physical and verbal abuse. Any client behaving in such a way will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be notified in writing that they must find alternative veterinary cover.
