Absolutely fantastic, our first visit with our cat who has been previously looked after by another franchise vet (who didn’t have a clue and mucked his medication up) so came to Sore Paws after recommendation. They did a thorough check up and bloods for his thyroid and kidneys and explained everything in terms I understood. They explained costs etc before proceeding which was great. I definitely feel they care for our animals and I think my Labrador will enjoy his visit there

They were amazing when my puppy ingested a foreign body. Saw her as quickly as I could get her there, reassured me and operated on her a few hours later. I dread to think what could have happened. The only drawback was having to find our own transport to get her to the vet hospital overnight, as we don't drive. At least we know in future.

We moved to Sore Paws 14 months ago and it’s the best thing we ever did. The staff are second to none and make you and your pets feel valued. Dr Dan is a firm favourite of Winnie’s! She absolutely loves him and he’s brilliant with her.

Really nice friendly reception staff. Very helpful and personal. Treatment of my dogs has been very good. Don't feel pushed into anything and they are very aware of not charging for unnecessary treatment and products. Much nicer than the big corporate vets.

Just joined Sore Paws with our 18 month old Labrador. From the reception staff to the vets I can not recommend this vets highly enough. Friendly, understanding, professional, nothing at all is a problem. I never felt rushed or that I was asking too many questions and they were just lovely with Bailey our lab. So pleased I made the move from my previous vet, I’m more than happy.

We’ve unfortunately had to make three visits in 5 days, including a surgery for our poorly pup and everyone has been fantastic. From squeezing us in last minute, answering all of our questions (and dealing with us being a bit hysterical) and taking care of our older dog. We can’t say thank you enough!

First time registering our new puppy , we are long time dog owners and take a long time to choose things like vets , insurance etc and we found them to be first class in all regards , very calm relaxing atmosphere which makes the dog want to return instead of being scared and nervous. Well done everyone, see you all very soon.
