If you need help outside of our normal opening hours, don’t worry we can still help.
24/7 Emergency Care for Your Pet
We understand that pet emergencies are unpredictable and can happen at any time. That’s why we have partnered with a local referral and out-of-hours centre to ensure your pet receives round-the-clock care, seven days a week whenever you need it.
Outside of our opening hours, our phone lines are diverted to our trusted out-of-hours provider, who is committed to delivering high-quality emergency care for our patients during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overnight Hospitalisation and Transfers
While we strive to provide continuous care, we are unable to hospitalise patients after 6pm. If your pet requires overnight monitoring or treatment, they will need to be transferred to our out-of-hours provider for ongoing care.
Please note: The owner is responsible for transporting their pet to the out-of-hours facility, as our practice does not provide transport services.
