The Fine Print:
The practice health plan is a 12 month contract. If the plan is cancelled before the end of the term, then you may owe money if the monetary value of the benefits which you have received outweigh the payments made.
The 1st payment is taken on the day you join. The following 11 payments are taken via Direct Debit.
An admin fee of £5.00 applies when you join to the plan. This will be taken with your first Direct Debit payment.
